Squid Squad hit the scene and immediately established a new musical style in the Inkling community. Branching out from pop music and idol anthems, the group draws on a wide range of influences, including punk, rock, and punk rock! They're referred to as the originators of the signature Inkling musical style.

Is Squid Squad on hiatus?
Despite their first album, SQUIDSQUAD, debuting at No. 1 on the Inkopolis charts and remaining in the top 10 for 40 consecutive weeks, the band appears to be taking a step back. Following a performance at Starfish Mainstage in Inkadia, each member confirmed that they've been focusing on a solo project.
